Introducing Brooke Weidenfeld

The hardest part of a business is growth—especially hiring. Trust me; I’ve been looking (unsuccessfully) for over a year for someone to work with who had the same work ethic, response time, and passion for events that I do. She also absolutely loves weddings (and excels at them!) which is wonderful since our firm tends to specialize in corporate events, but was looking for someone skilled to refer potential brides to. Without further delay, please meet Brooke!

Hi all! I’m Brooke Weidenfeld and I am so excited to announce that I will be partnering up with Beth Lawrence LLC as a consultant!

Beth and I met through some mutual connections in the Philadelphia event industry and immediately clicked and bonded over having type-A personalities, responding to emails quickly, being boss babes, and loving bad reality TV. Once we realized we had a lot in common and similar work ethics, Beth was kind enough to bring me on for a wedding coordination project. It was amazing to see our hard work pay off at the beautiful, intimate, and joyous ceremony and reception. After that successful event, Beth invited me to join her for project work with Beth Lawrence LLC.

I have been in the event industry since my first internship in college. I was an Events Intern at Gloss PR in Philadelphia and I instantly fell in love with the fast-paced, creative, high-stakes event world. From there, I went on to be involved with several other events-based organizations and internships in college. After graduation, I started to make my way into the professional event world by being a day-of coordination assistant for various wedding planners in the Philadelphia area. This experience ultimately led to my connection with Beth, where I transitioned to month-of wedding coordination. I now offer full planning and month-of coordination through my wedding planning business, Sunbursts & Stardust.

When I am working in the events industry, I feel as though I am fulfilling my life calling. The event field combines my unique combination of strengths, including planning, organization, styling, creativity, attention to detail, problem-solving, and imagination.

If I’m not planning a wedding or immersed in creating an event timeline, you can find me watching reality TV, drinking iced coffee, or traveling the world.”
